Patricia (Trish) Pierson
Trish has over a decade of experience as a counselor, she is passionate about creating a warm, safe space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported. She has experience working with individuals and families in a variety of settings, including churches, youth programs, group practices, nonprofit organizations, tribal communities, women’s health, and juvenile detention.
In counseling, she works with clients to better understand their experiences, build healthy coping skills, recognize their strengths, improve communication and relationships, and work through the challenges that may be holding them back. She believes therapy is a collaborative process and strives to meet each client where they are.
For clients who desire it, she also offers Christian counseling and can incorporate faith and biblical principles into the therapeutic process.
Trish draws from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including CBT, DBT, EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, the Gottman Method, family therapy, and play therapy. Her approach is tailored to each client's unique needs, goals, and personality.
Trish is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Arizona, and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Washington. She is also the owner of Ascend Counseling Services, and a Licensed Clinical Supervisor.
Trish has a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Northwest University.

Emmaline Smith
Emmaline offers a compassionate, collaborative approach to therapy, walking alongside you every step of the journey. She uses a holistic framework that weaves together attachment theory, strengths-based strategies, with cognitive approaches to support lasting change.
Emmaline works with children, teens, young adults, and couples, helping them navigate the growing challenges of mental health and relationships. She is trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), couples therapy and play therapy. For clients who desire it, she also offers the integration of Christian counseling into the therapeutic process.
Emmaline has a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University.

Anne Sabatini
Anne's approach to therapy is warm, supportive, and down to earth. She believes therapy should feel like a place where you can be yourself without feeling judged or like you need to have everything figured out. Anne enjoys getting to know each person individually and understanding what is going on in their life, what may be keeping them stuck, and what they would like to be different.
Anne has experience working with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, self-esteem, stress, grief, trauma, parenting challenges, and emotional regulation. She utilizes approaches such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, and solution-focused therapy. She will try to meet you where you are and use what feels most helpful to you.
Anne's hope is that you leave therapy feeling more understood, more confident in yourself, and better able to handle the things life brings your way. For clients who desire it, she also offers the integration of Christian counseling into the therapeutic process.
Anne has a Master's degree in Social Work from Capella University.
